For sixteen days Munich is in a state of exception. The most common case is the corporate visit. A table in a tent, twelve people, clients among them, and the question of how everybody gets there and home again. Driving yourself is not an option, and the U-Bahn in a dirndl in that crush is not really one either. A Sprinter that pulls up in the morning and is back again in the evening solves it entirely.
The second case is guests from elsewhere. Anyone travelling in from Hamburg or Zurich for the Wiesn knows neither the closures nor the tent entrances, and certainly not where a taxi still stops at night. We collect at the airport or the hotel and bring the group straight to the correct tent entrance, without anybody having to search for anything.
The return leg is where the booking pays for itself. At eleven, tens of thousands of people leave the Theresienwiese at once, and at that moment there is no taxi to be had in Munich at any price whatsoever. Your chauffeur, by contrast, has long been waiting, and the price for it was fixed beforehand.
For an enquiry we need the date, the time, the pick-up address, the tent and the number of guests. You receive a fixed price including waiting time, applying equally when it runs later. Book early: during the Wiesn our vehicles are allocated weeks in advance, and at weekends earlier still.
